This new huge complex built in Milan consists of six buildings, with 256 apartments, with gym, garage, coffee shop. It is a low emission building with a geothermal-heat-pump (GHP) and variable-refrigerant-flow (VRF) heating and cooling systems installed. Practically it is the most efficient energy saving system available today. This complex is made in an former industrial area of the town, now in fashion for music recording spaces and artists lofts.
